Experience: 5+ years in supervisory/industrial/plant operations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Overall supervision of plant activities and manpower
Security, discipline and access control
Coordination with Production, Maintenance, Stores, Admin & HR
Supervision of mechanical/maintenance activities and breakdown support
Monitoring safety, PPE, 5S and workplace discipline
Manpower deployment and daily work allocation
Monitoring material movement, tools, equipment and company assets
Handling emergencies and incident reporting
Maintaining daily reports and ensuring smooth plant operations
Candidate Profile: Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
