Production Planning & Allocation
Plan and allocate daily coil Assy. as per production requirements.
Achieve daily/monthly production targets.
Monitor production output, cycle time, rejection & rework.
Monitor production against target.
Material & Department Coordination
Ensure smooth flow of material from stores to the assembly line.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Stores, Purchase, and other departments to avoid material shortages.
Quality & Corrective Actions
Take immediate corrective action for rejection, process deviation, or customer complaints.
Work closely with the Quality Department for root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure no defective or non-conforming material moves to the next process.
Team & Performance Management
Monitor operator performance, attendance and productivity.
Continuous Improvement & Maintenance
Identify prospects to reduce cycle time, manpower, rejection, rework, and material wastage.
Implement 5S, Kaizen and other productivity improvement activities.
Maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Reporting & Safety
Maintain daily production, rejection/rework reports.
Maintain protected working conditions around electrical testing.
