Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, and career prospects.
Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career prospects.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions/enrolments.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in CRM.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Address queries and resolve concerns related to courses and admissions.
Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth enrolment.
Maintain accurate records of counselling interactions and student details.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
