Test Execution & Automation -
Set up, calibrate, and operate engine test cells utilizing Horiba STARS and iASYS Orbit-E automation platforms.
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot test beds equipped with Eddy Current Dynamometers (steady-state testing) and Transient (AC) Dynamometers (agile/transient cycle simulation).
Integrate and configure peripheral test cell equipment including Mexa emission systems, MDLT, FTIR, and SPCS (Solid Particle Counting System).
Conduct performance, durability, and emission tests on heavy-duty engines, agricultural tractors, and power generation Gen-sets.

Testing Cycles & Compliance -
Program and execute transient and steady-state regulatory test cycles, including NRSC, NRTC, WHSC, WHTC, and 5-mode cycles.
Ensure compliance with applicable emission norms (e.g.,



Stage V, EPA, Bharat Stage/TREM norms).
Troubleshoot test bed issues, dynamometer controller faults, engine malfunctions, and instrumentation errors during testing.

Data Acquisition & Analysis -
Analyse complex test data, validate regression analysis for transient cycles, generate emission reports and plot engineering curves using UniPlot tools.
Validate data integrity to support the engine calibration and development teams in optimizing performance and reducing emissions.
Flash, calibrate, and monitor Engine Control Units (ECUs) using ETAS INCA.
