Handling Key Customer- VECV, DICV, TML, AL, FML &
M&M;
Communication with customers to update progress of project (Event Wise)
Preparing APQP Plan & verify the document for current model project. Organized the Review meetings- PPSM, DRM, Spec Meeting, Customer/Supplier Visit etc.
Coordinating with supplier for new mould/tool development for new projects & review DFM &
Mold Flow with suppliers.
Attending mould/tool trial at supplier end & inhouse and its trouble shooting
Coordinating with supplier for new Assy line manfacturing for current project from start to end.
Coordinating with supplier for recent Fixture/gauge manfacturing for new projects & review DAP with suppliers.
PPAP Document Submission & take approval from customer.
Analysis of field/customer returned parts to find out the real root cause & provide the appropriate solution
Final parts inspection as per customer events Customer Audit & prepared its closer.
