KSR DataVizon is seeking Educational Sales Consultants to guide prospective students in selecting suitable training programmes and support them through enrolment. This role requires solid communication skills, consistent follow-up and a focus on achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and in-person consultations.
Understand prospective students’ backgrounds, learning needs and career goals.
Explain course curriculum, fees, batch schedules and admission procedures.
Follow up with qualified leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Achieve agreed sales and admission targets.
Coordinate with marketing and training teams to support a smooth enrolment experience.
Requirements:
Solid communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain programme benefits and address student queries confidently.
Effective sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Positive organisational skills and basic computer proficiency.
Experience in education sales, admissions counselling or inside sales is preferred.
