About the Role : The Gut Expert is a customer-facing, phone-based role focused on guiding individuals through their digestive health journey. You will work closely with customers who have already enrolled in a personalized gut health program, helping them understand their condition, implement diet and lifestyle changes, and stay committed to the program. This is not a sales or tele calling role—every interaction is consultative, empathetic, and tailored.
You will act as a coach, educator, and support system, ensuring customers achieve long-term improvements in their gut health.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer journeys across multiple scheduled calls over 6–8 weeks
Understand customer medical history and guide them to the right program during presales
Conduct onboarding calls to set expectations and explain the program structure
Provide personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations based on gut profiles and symptoms
Interpret digestive health conditions (e.g., acidity, IBS, bloating,
