Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Production Planning for one of the Verticals, ensuring 100% Capacity Utilization while maintaining S&OP-agreed; Inventory Targets for FG and RM.
Minimize Changeovers while ensuring Order Fulfilment is not impacted.
Ensure Order Fulfilment and Forecast Fulfilment are above target.
Analyze and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks and opportunities, and actions for inventory optimization.
Ensure the Production Plan generated by the system is adhered to by all Production Units.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in Production Planning, PPC, Supply Chain Planning, or related functions, preferably in the Apparel/Textile industry.
Solid understanding of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
Experience in working with ERP/MRP or production planning systems.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of S&OP; and demand-supply planning processes.
Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Merchandising, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
Robust communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
