A. Executive Secretariat & Administrative Support (Internal)
Calendar & Travel Management: Manage and synchronize daily appointments, master schedules, reminders, and travel itineraries for the Chairman and Hon. Secretary.
Written Communication: Draft executive emails, official correspondence, notices, and internal WhatsApp announcements for member updates.
Meeting Governance: Attend key executive meetings, record structured Agendas and Minutes of Meetings (MoM), extract transparent action items, and maintain rigorous follow-up tracking through completion.
Decision Support: Provide proactive operational planning, administrative support, and research to aid leadership in organizational and strategic decision-making.

B. Strategic Communications, Digital Media & AI Integration
Digital Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts across official IIID digital and social media channels.
Content Writing: Draft high-quality articles, press notes, blog posts, and newsletter content for IIID magazines, publications, and external media.




AI & Deck Preparation: Leverage up-to-date AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and presentation platforms) to draft copy, refine graphics, and build visually compelling executive pitch decks and presentations.

C. Event Management & External Stakeholder Coordination
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with Managing Committee (MC) members, external brands, industry partners, vendors, and other regional chapters.
Event Execution: Assist in planning, managing, and attending IIID flagship events, seminars, and networking sessions; oversee on-ground execution and coordination.
In office Media Coverage: Capture mobile photography/videography during events for real-time social media coverage and post-event archival.
Partner Representation: Represent the Chairman and IIID-MRC in external coordination meetings with strategic partners when required.
