Role Overview The role will primarily handle billing and invoicing activities, coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team, follow up with Partners/senior stakeholders, maintain billing and MIS records, and support basic administrative and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process client invoices and billing documents.
Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for invoice finalization and payment-related follow-ups.
Track pending invoices, unbilled items and billing-related information.
Follow up with partners/senior stakeholders for required billing details and approvals.
Maintain Excel trackers, MIS and billing reports.
Handle basic administrative and coordination activities such as meeting schedules and documentation.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of billing and reporting activities.
Handle confidential client and financial information with discretion.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts coordination, MIS or similar roles.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive communication and attention to detail.
