Fresher:

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Experience: Fresher 0 to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in promoting and selling construction and heavy equipment.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines/products.
Conduct customer visits and support product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
Generate leads and support achievement of sales targets.
Coordinate with Service, Parts and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and update sales activities in the CRM.

Candidate Profile:
Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized college.
Fresh graduates with solid interest in Sales & Business Development.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and meet customers.
Positive attitude, learning agility and target-oriented approach.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems, automobiles or heavy equipment will be an advantage.
