Role & responsibilities
Manage FMCG department operations, product availability and replenishment.
Drive sales targets and key retail KPIs.
Implement Executive Offers, DBT, RBT & ATS.
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability.
Ensure FIFO and near-expiry control.
Monitor and control shrinkage, damages and stock losses.
Coordinate and supervise department staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Maintain product displays and merchandising standards.
Prepare basic sales, inventory and KPI reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
03 years of experience in FMCG / Retail / Supermarket / Grocery / Departmental Store operations.
Robust communication and team-handling skills.
Good understanding of inventory and retail operations.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced retail workplace.
Willingness to work at Panchkula, Jubbal, Theog or Nangal.
