Experience: 8+ years (with electrical MEP coordination experience)
Role Summary
You will lead electrical BIM coordination across projects. This means managing the electrical models, running coordination with other MEP and structural disciplines, and guiding a team of modelers to deliver clash-free, code-compliant models and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the electrical BIM modeling team and review their work for quality.
Run multi-discipline coordination, including clash detection and resolution in Navisworks.
Develop and follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure compliance with ISO 19650.
Manage models and project data on BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Make sure the models and drawings meet applicable electrical codes and project standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers and clients on deliverables and timelines.
Check shop drawings and construction documentation before issue.
Required Qualifications
B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
8+ years of experience, including electrical MEP coordination.
Key Skills
Autodesk Revit (Electrical) and AutoCAD
Navisworks (clash detection)
BEP, ISO 19650 and electrical codes
BIM 360 / ACC
