Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head – C&I; EPC / Head of Operations to lead end-to-end Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) solar EPC operations, from project planning and execution to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end C&I; Solar EPC operations across multiple projects.
Oversee project planning, engineering, procurement, execution, commissioning and handover.
Manage project timelines, budgets, manpower, contractors and resources.
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, performance and commercial targets.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Project teams.
Drive timely procurement and effective vendor/contractor management.
Monitor project progress, identify delays/risks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with electrical, safety and statutory requirements.
Manage client relationships, project reviews and escalations.
Develop operational processes,



SOPs and performance metrics for the EPC division.
Lead and mentor project managers, engineers and site teams.
Support business growth by providing technical and execution inputs during project bidding.

Key Requirements
10–15 years of experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy, preferably C&I; projects.
Solid experience in managing rooftop, ground-mounted and industrial solar projects.
Proven track record of handling multiple projects and large execution teams.
Robust understanding of DC/AC systems, HT/LT, transformers, SCADA, protection systems and grid connectivity.
Experience in project budgeting, costing, BOQ, procurement and contractor management.
Strong leadership, client management and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred: Experience handling 100 MW cumulative C&I; Solar EPC projects and large industrial clients.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
