We are looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to supervise daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily floor operations and service activities.
Supervise and guide the service team.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor table arrangements, order flow, and service standards.
Maintain staff grooming, discipline, and punctuality.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper floor maintenance.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams.
Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues.
Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in restaurant floor management.
Robust leadership and team supervision skills.
Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant service standards and hygiene.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
