We are looking for a smart, polite, and well-organized Receptionist cum Telecaller for our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

- Attend customer inquiries and provide basic product information.

- Make follow-up calls to customers and maintain records.

- Coordinate with the sales team and management.

- Maintain customer databases and daily call reports.

- Handle basic computer work, data entry, and office documentation.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).

- Friendly personality and customer-handling skills.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Location

- Muzaffarpur, Bihar (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
