The Stone Arch Hotel is looking for a well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team.

We are seeking a friendly and responsible individual with good communication skills who can handle front desk operations, assist guests, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, guest inquiries, and reservations.
- Maintain guest records, booking details, and front desk documentation.
- Assist guests with room availability, hotel facilities, and general information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and billing.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive,



or Hotel Receptionist is preferred.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems is an advantage.
- Presentable personality with a polite and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle guests efficiently.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to work in shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
