HAtrip Planners is looking for a confident, friendly, and sales-oriented Receptionist cum Telecaller to handle customer enquiries and sell Goa tour packages, hotel bookings, and tourist activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and travel-related queries.
- Call potential customers and follow up on leads for Goa holiday packages.
- Sell Goa tour packages, hotel stays, sightseeing tours, water sports, cruise parties, and other tourist activities.
- Understand customer requirements, including travel dates, number of guests, budget, and preferences.
- Share suitable package options, hotel details, itineraries, and pricing with customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain customer details, lead records, and follow-up status.
- Welcome walk-in visitors and handle basic reception and front-desk responsibilities.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and guest requirements.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident on phone calls and comfortable communicating with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge, WhatsApp, and email handling.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, hospitality, or travel is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
