Role Description The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in Gurugram real estate market with solid communication skills and the ability to manage leads, nurture prospects and generate qualified site visits and sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track leads from digital campaigns, property portals, referrals and other sources.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, enquiries and regular follow-ups.

Qualify prospects based on budget, location, configuration, timeline and investment or end use objectives.

Understand requirements for luxury residential, branded residential and A+ grade commercial properties.

Convert qualified leads into site visits, sales meetings and project presentations.

Maintain systematic follow ups until prospects are ready to proceed.

Update CRM records, call remarks, lead status, schedules and daily activity reports.

Coordinate with the sales team on appointments, site visits, feedback and lead progress.

Reconnect with inactive and unconverted leads to identify new opportunities.





Maintain professional client communication and share performance reports with management.

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Gurugram’s real estate market.

Excellent communication skills with good spoken English and Hindi.

Experience in pre sales, cold calling, data calling, lead management or real estate sales coordination.

Experience in luxury residential, branded residential, commercial real estate or investment advisory is an advantage.

Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets and lead management processes.

Strong telephone etiquette, communication, follow up and client handling skills.

Ability to understand requirements, present suitable properties and work toward targets.

Self motivated, disciplined and organised.
