Role Description The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property portfolios, managing leases, and ensuring optimal performance of real estate assets for both corporate and individual clients. This full-time, in office role based in Thane includes coordinating property inspections, managing tenancies, monitoring utility bills, and supporting entry and exit decisions for investments. The role involves conducting market and geographical research, analyzing asset performance,



and preparing regular reports and fair value assessments.

The Real Estate

Manager will liaise with developers, investors, and financial institutions, negotiate lease and transaction terms, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with internal research and consulting teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and maintain high client service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with solid understanding of market dynamics and investment analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in Property Management, including tenancy management, property inspections, and utility and maintenance oversight.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and Leases, including negotiating terms, managing documentation, and tracking renewals and compliance.
- Relevant experience in portfolio management, real estate consulting, or investment advisory is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other real estate analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with capacity to work with diverse stakeholders and clients.
- Knowledge of the Thane, Mumbai, and MMR real estate markets and local regulations is an advantage.
