Minimum 5 to 10 years, preferably in Residential and Commercial precast & tall buildings projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models for structural discipline using software such as Tekla (Precast), Revit etc. and generate the shop drawings from model along with quantity take off.
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings for structural discipline using AutoCAD, RC CAD including the reinforcement BBS & quantity take off.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with defined standards, IS codes (detailing) etc.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve issues within multi-disciplinary drawings.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all drafting and modelling outputs.
- Collaborate with engineers to coordinate the design inputs/information.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in BIM Tekla (Precast), Revit, Navisworks etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, RC CAD.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and industry standards.
- Ability to understand the architectural and engineering designs.
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
