We’re looking for a hands-on R&D; Manager who understands the science behind great formulations and has the drive to turn ideas into market-ready products.

If you have experience developing nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, functional foods, or FMCG products—and enjoy experimenting with ingredients, perfecting flavours, solving formulation challenges, and taking products from concept to commercial launch—this could be the opportunity for you.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently drive product development, not just coordinate it.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-End Product Development: Lead R&D; from concept creation and ingredient selection to formulation, trials, validation, and commercial launch.
- Formulation & • Innovation:

Develop and optimize formulations for nutrition supplements, functional foods, powders, ready-to-drink (RTD) products, bars, and other relevant formats.
- Taste, Texture & • Flavour:

Work hands-on with flavour systems, sweeteners, mouthfeel, texture, solubility, and sensory optimization to create products consumers want to come back to.
- Stability & • Product Performance:

Drive stability testing, shelf-life evaluation, and troubleshooting to ensure consistent product quality.
- Scale-Up & • Commercialization:





Translate laboratory formulations into commercially viable products in collaboration with manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams.
- Ingredient & • Market Exploration:

Evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and market trends to develop differentiated products for the evolving nutrition and wellness market.
- Independent R&D; Ownership: Plan experiments, troubleshoot formulation challenges, document results, and take accountability for delivering outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements — Please Read Before ApplyingWe are looking for candidates who meet all the following essential criteria:

- 4–8 years of relevant professional experience in R&D; or product development within nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, dietary supplements, functional foods, or relevant FMCG food categories.
- Hands-on formulation experience: You must have personally developed, tested, and optimized product formulations—not just managed projects or coordinated with an R&D; team.
- Robust understanding of taste, flavour, and texture: Practical experience in flavour development, sensory evaluation, mouthfeel, solubility, or texture optimization is essential.
- Product development : Experience taking products from laboratory trials through scale-up.
- Independent execution:



Ability to plan and execute R&D; trials, identify formulation issues, troubleshoot independently, and drive product development with minimal supervision.
- Relevant technical foundation: A degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition Science, or a closely related discipline.

Candidates with direct experience in nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, nutrition supplements, or functional foods will be strongly preferred. Experience with powders, protein-based formulations, bars, RTDs, or other specialized delivery formats will be an advantage.
