Instructing the section engineers & supervisors by assigning the daily programme to execute. Managing the available resources by allocating to the work fronts based on requirement. - Machinery, material and Work men. Raising the requirement for resources to planning Dept. Managing the client and sub-contractor at site for smooth execution of work.



Ensuring there is no deviation of Safety in the work area. Ensuring that work is executing as per the quality standards. Coordinating with Safety &
- Quality, Plant &
- Machinery other service departments to smooth running of work at the assigned or designated locations. Resolving the issues raised by engineers & supervisors related to execution of work.
