Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the showroom sales team.
Allocate duties and monitor the performance of sales staff on the floor.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements and preferences.
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure proper display, arrangement, tagging, and presentation of products.
Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the stock/inventory team when required.
Ensure the showroom floor is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.
Coordinate with the Showroom Manager and other departments for smooth showroom operations.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
