Core Responsibilities
Coverage: Assign staff based on workload or traffic and manage shift breaks.
Quality: Inspect work in progress, fix errors, and ensure high standards.
Throughput: Keep tasks moving, remove bottlenecks, and solve problems quick.
Compliance: Enforce safety, health, and company rules.
Team Support: Train current hires, handle scheduling, and resolve conflicts or customer complaints.
Reporting: Report staff performance and shift logs to senior management or HR.
