We are looking for an experienced and agile General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage overall restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the team.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor sales, revenue, food costs, and profitability.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
Coordinate kitchen and service operations.
Achieve business targets and improve profitability.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in restaurant management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control.
Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
