We are looking for a confident and highly communicative IT Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based hiring, with a robust focus on Pune requirements, while coordinating closely with our US-based management team.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate confidently and professionally during direct client conversations .
Work closely with the US management team
Handle IT recruitment across US & India
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and technical/experience-based assessments.
Coordinate directly with candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Understand job requirements and identify candidates who closely match technical and business needs.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and support candidates through the joining process.
Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Solid confidence in communicating directly with clients and hiring managers .
Hands-on experience with IT/Technical Recruitment .
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle .
Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Positive understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
