Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Cambridge International Curriculum.
Provide strategic academic leadership and support the Principal in achieving the school's vision and objectives.
Drive excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum planning.
Mentor, coach, and develop teachers through regular classroom observations and career development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Cambridge standards and international best practices.
Lead curriculum planning, assessment frameworks, academic audits, and school improvement initiatives.
Build robust relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Foster an cutting-edge, inclusive, and future-ready learning environment.

Eligibility
Postgraduate Degree or Doctorate from a recognised university.
B.Ed. is mandatory.




Minimum 10–15 years of experience in reputed international schools.
Prior experience as a Vice Principal, Head of Cambridge, Cambridge Programme Coordinator, Academic Head, or equivalent leadership role.
Hands-on experience with the Cambridge curriculum is mandatory.
International school experience with strong exposure to Cambridge teaching, assessment, and curriculum implementation is essential.

Excellent knowledge of Cambridge curriculum and assessment practices.
Proven experience in teacher mentoring and academic quality assurance.
Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
