This is an independent consulting role with Our client a leading FMCG company is looking to engage with HR- Assistant Payroll to help with:
Support the end-to-end payroll management process , ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee data related to attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and salary inputs .
Coordinate with internal HR, Finance, and payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Maintain and update employee records and payroll-related documentation.
Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, deductions, and payroll discrepancies .
Support payroll-related statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, TDS ,



and other applicable requirements.
Prepare and maintain payroll reports, MIS, and other HR/payroll records.
Support the onboarding and documentation of employees/apprentices, where applicable.
NAPS experience is preferred , particularly experience managing apprentice payroll and related processes.
NATS experience is preferred , particularly experience managing apprentice payroll and related processes.
Ensure timely coordination and documentation for NAPS/NATS-related payroll activities, where applicable.
