Key Responsibilities:Project Management
Lead interior design projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with internal teams (designers, architects, procurement, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors).
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and codes.
Identify and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.

Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Present design concepts, materials, and progress updates to clients.
Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Design Oversight
Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment between project goals and design deliverables.
Review and approve design documentation including drawings, finishes,



and specifications.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Procurement & Budgeting
Oversee the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;).
Ensure vendor deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
Track project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.

Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor junior team members and interns.
Coordinate the work of various specialists including MEP consultants, lighting designers, and contractors.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
