Hospital Administration Faculty / Trainer (OFFLINE)

Overview

Deliver engaging, career-oriented training in hospital management and healthcare operations while mentoring students, conducting assessments, and guiding industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured offline classes on Hospital Operations, Medical Records, Front Office, HR, Billing, Insurance, and Department Management.
Incorporate real-world industry examples and practical training to simplify healthcare administration workflows.
Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, assignments, presentations, and mock evaluations.
Guide and support students during hospital visits, internships, placements, and healthcare career planning.
Maintain student attendance and academic records while coordinating with the academic team for effective course delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, MBA (Healthcare),



or a related field.
Experience: Prior teaching or practical hospital administration experience preferred (Freshers with solid domain knowledge and communication skills are welcome).
Background: Exposure to operational workflows across hospital departments and administrative systems.

Key Skills
Robust knowledge of healthcare administration, medical billing, records management, and insurance procedures.
Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom handling abilities.
Passion for mentoring students and guiding their transition into qualified healthcare roles.

Job Type: Full Time | Mode: Offline (In-Person) Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
