Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines efficiently.
Perform die/mould changeovers and ensure proper machine setup.
Set and adjust machine parameters according to production requirements.
Monitor the injection moulding process and maintain consistent production quality.
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and moulding-related issues.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components.
Maintain production targets, quality standards, and workplace safety.
Conduct routine machine checks and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding.
Effective in die/mould change and setup.
Valuable knowledge of machine parameter setting and adjustment.
Ability to identify and control common moulding defects.
Hands-on experience in operating injection moulding machines.
Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and safety procedures.
Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of relevant experience in plastic injection moulding.
Candidates with hands-on machine operating and setup experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
