Key Responsibility Areas

Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor site activities for HVAC, ensuring proper sequencing and alignment with project timelines.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Supervise and guide site engineers and technicians in executing HVAC installations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
Coordinate with the design team to resolve discrepancies between design and in office conditions.
Verify contractor work, ensuring it meets approved standards and specifications.
Support procurement and material management for timely availability of resources.
Oversee testing, commissioning,



and handover processes for HVAC.
Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, checklists, and as-built drawings.
Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations during project execution
Domain Knowledge
HVAC systems: Ducting, chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, air handling units, and ventilation systems.
Plumbing: Water supply, drainage systems, and rainwater harvesting.
Fire safety systems: Sprinkler systems, fire pumps, hydrants, and fire alarms.
Standards and codes: ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE, IPC, and other relevant regulations.
