Job Title: Hindi Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Hindi Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and/or outbound customer s. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi and comfortable communicating in basic English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer s in Hindi professionally and confidently
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products or services
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
Update customer details and logs in the system
Follow company policies and communication guidelines
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi is Mandatory (Hindi fluency is must be needed)
Basic knowledge of English/Hindi
Valuable communication and listening skills
Minimum 10+2 Graduate preferred
Fresher Experience both are welcome.
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
Location- Bellandur, Koramangala, Marathahalli, Silk Board,Bangalore(Based on the candidates requirement)
