Key Responsibilities
Support our sales team in identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, and managing pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Update sales documentation.
Coordinate with production and design teams, follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals
Handle order processing, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Assist in generating recent business by identifying potential leads.
Follow up with clients for order closure and after-sales support.
Follow ups for pending Payments and proper record keeping and checks for payments
