Role & responsibilities :
Plan and execute daily/weekly production activities as per the production schedule for Conventional Machine Shop (Lathe, Milling, Boring machines)
Allocate jobs, machines, and operators according to priorities and skill levels.
Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Optimize machine utilization, manpower utilization, and shop-floor productivity.
Monitor cycle times, setup times, rejection, rework, and production losses.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to resolve production issues.
Ensure proper handling, identification, and movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished components
Preferred candidate profile :
Having valuable knowledge and hands on experience of Manual Lathe machine operating & cutting tools
Residence of Hooghly/Howrah/Kolkata/Kharagpur/Durgapur nearest industrial zone.
