Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the allotment of rooms to students and maintaining proper hostel occupancy records.
Supervise the day-to-day functioning and maintenance of the hostel.
Monitor the quality, hygiene, and timely serving of food provided to hostel residents.
Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive environment within the hostel premises.
Handle and resolve students’ day-to-day concerns, queries.
Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and university policies.
Maintain regular communication with students and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
Monitor student attendance, movements, and general well-being.




Report any disciplinary, maintenance, or other hostel-related issues to the concerned authority.
Ensure cleanliness, security, and proper upkeep of hostel facilities.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any field from a recognized university.
