We are looking for a energetic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining company products/services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Explain company products and services to customers
Generate and qualify sales leads
Schedule appointments for the field sales team
Maintain customer data in CRM / Excel
Follow up with interested prospects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
1–2 years of experience in Sales.
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools
Robust organizational and multitasking ability
