Core Skills What We’re Looking For
Computer Hardware & Software:
Good understanding of computer hardware components and software installation.
Proficient in troubleshooting various software and hardware issues.
Operating Systems
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications.
Networking Concepts
Understanding of networking concepts including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and connectivity troubleshooting.
IT Asset Management
Knowledge of IT asset management, system maintenance, and providing technical support.
User Account Management
Familiarity with user account management, access control, and basic IT security practices.

Responsibilities




Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Assist in the setup and configuration of current hardware and software.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Maintain documentation related to IT assets and support activities.

Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in IT administration or a related field.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace.
