Troubleshooting &
Diagnostics:

Trace and diagnose hydraulic faults, pressure loss, fluid leaks, cavitation, overheating, and mechanical seal failures using hydraulic circuit diagrams (schematics) and diagnostic gauges.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly PM schedules—inspecting hydraulic oil quality, replacing suction/return filters, checking nitrogen bladder accumulators, and monitoring oil temperature and pressure levels.
Component Repair &
Overhaul:

Repair, rebuild, or replace hydraulic pumps (vane, gear, piston), directional control valves, proportional/servo valves, cylinders, power units (HPUs), and high-pressure hose assemblies.
System Flushing &
Fluid Conditioning:

Perform oil filtration, dehydration, flushing, and particulate sampling to strictly control fluid cleanliness levels according to ISO 4406 cleanliness standards.
Safety &
Compliance:

Ensure full adherence to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) safety protocols, pressure relief depressurization, and environmental containment rules for hydraulic fluid spills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
