Manage daily IT operations, cloud systems, network security, and end-user support across UAE and India offices. Serve as the primary IT focal point for both locations while coordinating with external vendors and onsite technical support teams.

Key Responsibilities
User Support & Onboarding: Provide remote IT helpdesk support to staff in the UAE and India. Configure laptops, set up user accounts, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage employee onboarding/offboarding workflows.
Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee M365 user accounts, licenses, shared mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint permissions, and email security settings.
Network & Cybersecurity: Maintain FortiGate firewalls, office Wi-Fi, anti-virus protections, and secure VPN connections between the UAE and India offices.
Data Backups & Recovery: Monitor automated backups (Veeam) regularly and ensure data restoration procedures are operational and compliant with policy.
Office Technology: Manage office IT infrastructure, including printers, IP telephony, CCTV, and access control systems.
Asset & Vendor Management:



Maintain accurate IT asset logs, track software license lifecycle/renewals, and coordinate with regional internet service providers and tech vendors.

Candidate Profile
Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in IT system administration, including remote support for multi-office operations.
Core Skills: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, FortiGate Firewall, VPN setup, Veeam Backup, Windows Server, and IT helpdesk management.
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure Administrator, Fortinet (NSE), or ITIL Foundation.
Key Attributes: Self-directed worker, solid diagnostic/problem-solving capability, transparent communication skills, and effective vendor management.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
