We are looking for an experienced Job Controller to coordinate workshop activities and ensure timely completion of vehicle service and repair jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor vehicle jobs from job opening to completion.
Coordinate job allocation among technicians.
Track progress of ongoing repair and service jobs.
Monitor pending and delayed jobs.
Coordinate between Service Advisors, technicians and workshop teams.
Ensure jobs are completed within the committed timeline.
Follow up on parts, technical requirements and pending work.
Monitor job cards and repair orders.
Coordinate final inspection and vehicle delivery readiness.
Maintain proper communication regarding workshop job status.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in automobile workshop operations.
Experience as Job Controller / Workshop Controller / Service Controller preferred.
Valuable understanding of job cards and workshop processes.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple vehicle jobs simultaneously.
Passenger vehicle dealership/workshop experience preferred.
