Hiring: Customer Service Executive / Senior Executive – Ocean Export

We are looking for experienced specialists with robust knowledge of Ocean Export / Freight Forwarding and customer handling.

Location: Marol, Mumbai

Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Ocean Export shipments from booking to final sailing
Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents
Process SI, VGM, BL instructions and export documentation
Place bookings with shipping lines and coordinate confirmations
Monitor cargo readiness, container planning, and sailing schedules
Coordinate MBL release and issue final MBLs to customers




Provide regular shipment updates and status reports to customers
Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues
Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies and amendments

Requirements: 1+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding only

Robust knowledge of Sea / FCL Export processes

Good understanding of SI, VGM, BL and export documentation

Knowledge of USA & ROW export markets

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Graduation is mandatory

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
