Department: Housekeeping / Operations

Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Purpose To maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property and ensure all guest and staff areas remain clean, organized, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain floors, tables, furniture, glass, doors, and other surfaces.
Regularly clean and sanitize washrooms and replenish toiletries.
Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, restaurant/café areas, banquet spaces, offices, corridors, and staff areas.
Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and deep-cleaning duties.
Ensure cleaning is completed before opening and maintained throughout operating hours.




Immediately clean spills and attend to urgent housekeeping requirements.
Collect, segregate, and dispose of garbage properly.
Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies carefully.
Inform the supervisor when cleaning materials or toiletries need replenishment.
Report any damage, leakage, breakage, maintenance issue, or safety hazard immediately.
