Key Responsibilities:
Handle L2 production incidents and break-fix issues.
Troubleshoot data pipelines, ETL jobs and platform failures.
Support Snowflake, Airflow, AWS and dbt environments.
Resolve Power BI / Tableau access, refresh and data-source issues.
Perform RCA, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Escalate complex issues to L3 with detailed findings.
Manage platform access, licences and user-related issues.
Maintain ServiceNow tickets, SOPs and knowledge-base documents.
Coordinate with Database, Cloud, IDAM and Network teams.
