Role and Responsibilities
You will play a key role in understanding customer targets for calibration. Together with the customer you will try to find the best parameter set for the given project scope.
You will be carrying out vehicle drivability calibration and task management activities.
You will analyze the issue encountered during calibration and discuss with Software team to find out the solution.
You will translate customers needs in clear and structured way.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Engine/Transmission (AT/DCT/AMT) calibration.
Have hands on experience on Jira tool/task, project management tool.
Familiar with following calibration tools
CANape or INCA
AVL-DRIVE or RICARDO
AVL-CRETA or other calibration data management software.
Key characteristics: Team player, Problem solver/ Analytical mindset, Perseverance/ Goal-oriented.
Robust communication skills
Excellent knowledge of English, Fluent in making reports and status updates.
Other must have
Versatile attitude.
Ability to build a good network within organization from an in office location.
Knowledge about Matlab/ Simulink is an asset.
