Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for Windows and macOS systems, networks and hardware.
Maintain computer labs, server room, EPABX and PAS systems.
Manage IT inventory, security software and firewall.
Handle reprographic centre operations and consumables.
Coordinate IT-related AMC and vendor services.
Manage Google Workspace, CUG connections and other online applications.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and networking issues.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
Experience in computer networking and IT support.
Valuable knowledge of Windows, macOS and basic software.
Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
