Responsibilities:
Act as the offshore technical lead and highest technical escalation point in the ITOC.
Own Dynatrace alert tuning and Davis AI configuration to reduce noise.
Own OpenText OBM ruleset governance and SLO/SLI definitions.
Lead complex T2 troubleshooting and support P1/P2 incidents alongside the onsite L4s.
Review RCAs, identify automation candidates and mentor L3 engineers.
Required skills
Solid Windows/Linux, virtualization and cloud (GCP preferred).
Advanced hands-on Dynatrace (Davis AI, SLOs, workflows) and OpenText OBM.
ServiceNow and PagerDuty.
Scripting (Python, PowerShell or Bash).
