Job Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately as per standard protocols.
Collect, receive, label, and process patient/sample specimens.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Conduct routine hematology, biochemistry, and other diagnostic tests as required.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory samples and materials.
Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff regarding laboratory reports.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the laboratory.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable laboratory standards.
Required Skills
DMLT qualification from a recognized institution.
Valuable knowledge of laboratory procedures and diagnostic testing.
Ability to handle laboratory equipment and samples safely.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
