Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Work Mode: 100% Onsite

Interview: Face-to-Face Interview Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and market IT consultants on bench.
Work on C2C, W2, and Full-Time requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and recruiters to identify suitable requirements.
Negotiate rates and maintain solid vendor relationships.
Submit consultant profiles and follow up on submissions/interviews.
Maintain daily submissions, interview, and placement reports.

Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant US IT Bench Sales experience.
Strong knowledge of US IT staffing, visas, and hiring processes.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Candidates must be willing to work 100% onsite from Madhapur .
Face-to-face interview is mandatory.
Candidates with more than 3 years of experience are not being considered .
